To the CSR, GM and Support Staff

Now I will be honest, there's probably a better place to put this but in truth I don't know where...and wanted to share my experience.

This weekend I started my first ever Alt. Now for those who dont' know that is just simply short for alternate character *smiles*. Now I'm sitting there in Silan helping a newcomer to the game, when this person comes across Universe....being exceptionally insulting and rude. Course being who I am, I sent him a polite tell requesting if he could please stop as it was rather offensive and very disruptive. At which point I was called some rather rude and vulgar names...in universe no less *sighs*. Course the choice of words is what got my ire next for the first time since my days of old EQ....I reported someone.

Within a few minutes the channel went silent, and a guide from Cho came to speak with me. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with any support member on any game I've ever played. There was no ignoring this person...they took immediate action.. for this I say thank you ...truly.


I realize now why I love playing in Ryzom so much. Not only is it the wonderful community but also an incredible support staff that actually cares about the game.

Yes the GMs are on top of things in this game. Very refreshing.

yes i must agree with this. gms and guides are not just there to show off there funky ubber wepons of godness. they are truely the most helpfull support staff ive ever seen, in any mmo or any online games for that matter!!!
i think we should all give them a cookie as a ty (i must add sleeping pills to it, cos i must have there weppons in order to gain compleat suppermicay, and in this i shall take over the world pinky.... pinky nooooooo u cant have eaten my cookies oh well tomorrow i will make a plan to take over the world!!!!!!!! )

Of all of the games I have played the staff in this game makes their presence known, and it is, in my experience with them, always in a good way! It is very refreshing to have this happen! The staff here is unlike the staff at SWG in that Ryzom's staff is everywhere that is game related i.e. Forums and ingame and they even have avatars in game where as the only place I ever saw a staff members names was on the forums while that is good and all they don't see what is happening ingame where most of the infractions happen between the players.

P.S. I want one of your uber weapons too! How many Kitin do I have to slaughter to get one;p
