The first faction mission

I did the first faction mission - 8 pendants, 2 anklets but it would not let me complete. I contacted help but I was told by Dever it was a problem.

Is this the way that returning players were expected to gain confidence in the game that we had played since beta? You must be joking.

If you want players to come back then simply - get it freaking right. That will make a bigger positive impression.

As it is, It does not give much confidence in the gameplay if either the CSRs don't know what they are talking about or the game is even more flawed than in beta.

That was one faction mission among many, it doesn't sound like a big deal to me. It probably wouldn't have given much fame anyway.

The devs have a lot on their plate right now, I think they're doing a great job too. The CSRs are under a bit of pressure because of it though, in my opinion. From what I've seen thus far in response to players' wants, things will only get better.

It was the very first mission I attempted. That is 100% of the missions I attempted. The fame or fortune wasn't the important fact, it was the failure. The CSR eventually recognised this as an existing problem, so it should have been fixed or scheduled. The info I got was that I would have to 'work around it'.

So, what's changed?

We old beggars were invited back to trial the game again. Not a great first impression was it?

Most people want the amber cube missions to work Alyssah, and I agree with you. If you pop over to ballisticmystix.com you can see which do work and which is incomplete. The missions should be on the roadmap IMHO, they're such a nice form of quests.

However, the last few months a gazillion new things have been implemented, fixed and altered, so no question about it - Nevrax has been busy.
