Black screen when try to run ryzom

Well, not having much luck so far! On my own laptop i get the error message:

Can't create a window display (1024x768 32 bits).
I have followed the advice about going into config and altering stuff there, to no avail. The graphics system on my laptsop is embedded Intel(R) 8385 82855 version 4.4.9.7.

So I installed ryzom on my son's laptop which has SiS M760GX integrated 3d graphics with 128 mb of video memory. When I tried to run the game, I got a black screen.

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there.

Ryzom doesnt run so great on onboard/builtin Graphic card chipsets.

Tkare a look at this thread. It may be of some use.

If you have already done this try popping into Klients a real time Ryzom help chat tool. The GM's there will try their best to help you out im sure
