Dual Core useage

I know this is a bit trivial compared to others who can not even play. But I have noticed that ryzom only uses one of my two cores and keeps it capped out at full usage. While this is not that big of a deal, I do occasionally get movement glitches and it's the only reason I can think of this happening. My system is beyond your recommended stats. Is this a compatibility thing or is there something I can do to remedy this issue?
