mouse issues

from the day I installed this game, I have had mouse issues, where I can see the cursor, but am not able to activate anything. I tried deleting the character save, but that did nothing, it was not until I deleted the exedll file from the data folder that I actually gained the use of my mouse after it repatched. The problem is, I've had to do this every other day and can't see why. Anyone have any ideas?

What kind of video card and driver version do you have?

geforce 7600 GS with the latest drivers. I've updated everything, and as I said, I can play for a couple of days, but then I need to repeat the process.

When I first installed I logged on to find I couldn't play, and after tinkering for a couple hours I finally figured out to delete that file, but it seems odd.
