We are 31 days old and have 5 ppl

we are now 7 days old and no progress.i would like lvl 45 in fight,magic,craft,or forage.
we need good crafters of armor,jewls,and weapons(inclusing range).
we need good fighters for the later desert after izams and things like that
we need good magicians for healing,and back ground killers
we want hp of atleast 950 in every1 on the guild.
low-level ppl would die so please don't try to get on the guild.
low level ppl will be kicked if lied the're way in.
oh yes, foragers will be part of the raw matirals gathers
ppl that are bad on the guild will be kicked ,too
ppl that like kami or are zorai,fyros , or a friend of mine will get in.

So..let me see if I understand this invitation of yours.
You can offer me help and assistance as long as I don't need it.
You welcome anyone, as long as they are not tryker....erm, unless "or a friend of mine" is the section that covers Tryker entry ?.
You will enforce the rule about levels if you discover they lied about their stats..erm....what if they have reached the required level before you discovered their lie ?...would they still be kicked, or would the "friend of mine" clause come into effect ?.
Also I want to know if this 'lie penalty' also applies to other aspect of the entrance 'honesty test'...If you discover that a member declared Fyros is really a Tryker...will they be ejected from the guild ?
I am a Zorai with low health, I am no friend of yours and can offer you nothing...so It is with a sad heart I must be eliminateded from the selection process during your most generous offer of membership.....erm..unless I can be your friend
