I voted for 2 million dappers a pop. :) My reasoning is that obviously the Karavan need more dappers to buy yubo blood and tasty morsels of kipee flesh. Clearly the Kamis need to buy ..... errr .... umm .... what do Kamis buy? :D

I haven't voted on this at all. I'd be happy with select TPs being available for Neutrals, like it is for the other TPs around the world.

Not the pr thing as such I was against it when it happened an I'd like to see a resolution on that, but this tickets sell from vendors I don't like one bit. And reversing the change now will be as harmful as implementing it in the first place for pr tickets so its a kinda catch 22.

It's not a misconception to say that tickets selling from vendors is bad, especially when 2 million dappers is absolutely nothing, Hell since the kitin patrols where taken out its not even like pr is hard to get about in after a certain level.

I'd start up a chain of mekkie rental stables by the most popular PR portals if only I could own more than one mount at a time, and if the stable boy cartel could be made to relinquish their monopoly on fodder.

It could be useful to be able to tell who were the genuine cult neutrals, without requiring that they leave their guild to be invited into a neutral one. Sorry, thinking out loud :p

I wasnt suggesting that people trade tickets amogst themselves.

I was mearly thinking that the neturals who have been playing long enough deserve a bit of a break.

- i was semi thinking that you could do a rite, but to do the rite you needed to have less that 10 Kami fame less than 10 Kara fame, and level 200 in a few skills. the idea was to never give out tickets to peple who have just stared the game, whats the point in that? most people love trekking.

Just to shed what i was thinking a bit clearer ;)

My vote is no access to Prime Roots Kami or Karavan teleporters for neutrals.

However, if Elias Tryton is still alive somewhere in the deep roots, searching for useful equipment among the ancient secrets buried by the Karavan and Kami, and he happens to re-create whatever he used to make the "rainbows"... then I'd vote for neutrals to be able to work together to keep those machines working. Maybe by doing missions for the operators to keep them safe, fed, clothed and ready for duty?
