Looking for guild training...sort of

Hello hello!

My name is Zandryok. I am still on the refugee island but am coming over to the great mainland soon. There, I wish to build a guild dedicated to the honoring of the Kami. We will be a high role-playin guild. I intend on using the Ring to its utmost highest potential in creating guild tests, ceremonies, the hosting of "sports", ect.

Anyway...
I am quite new to both role-playing and guild leadering. I seek guilds that I can join their ranks so that I can learn from them and harbor my skills until I'm strong enough to create my own guild. So, I'm seeking guilds to tutor me. I will establish a long standin allience with those guild. Though, my guild will have a 'code of honor', so don't expect us to help you create a huge fractional allience to be brought up on every OP battle ever.
