That's 'Lance Henrikson'.
Bishop in Aliens.

He is responsible for what me and my friends call 'The Lance Henrikson Effect'. What this means is that any film, no matter how rubbish, is redeemed by having Lance Henrikson in it.

Considering he was in Aliens Vs Predator and Hard Target this is quite an accolade.
