All official events are run across all shards. At least that’s been the case for now. I can see some issues for high level invasions/ring scenario’s being played out on Cho - they would either need to be toned down or end in player defeat as there is the high level population there yet.

Player events are unique to each shard although with the Ring I imagine a lot will be held there and so all can come.

This got the old mind working!

So far we haven't had an event on Cho, but when they do come please can they not be toned down.

It will be great to fail on events!

Cho's history is currently mirroring the other servers, it will be great to see it diverge from the others.

From a RP stand point it could be said that all the 'Heros' that made Cho's history either: Died, Followed Elias in to the Deeper roots, were 'disappeared' by Jena or assended to Ma-Duk.

Aren't we "older" ones out there for a challenge, too? Failure inspires improvement. Just like I'm trying to get my young and sorry Tryker butt to Zora atm... (I hate Cutes...). Brings about memories of old times.

About the "old heroes", for me they never existed. Temples have been built by themselves, noone was slaughtered and we are the first Homins to actually leave the refugees' camps.
What worried me a bit is... who is the Tryker governor now? And who elected him or her? Do we, the first Homins around, actually agree with that governor or would we have elected someone else? Or -that goes for all other shards as well- will it actually cause any difference?

After seeing this... I an starting to think that maybe the whole forums and not only threads should be separate for both Cho and Arispotle communities. Should we need to tag [Cho only] [Arispotle only] [Karavan Matisian Ladies only]?

Not complaining, the thread is clearly marked, I'm just raising a point.. It may be inconvenient to have to skip threads according to Cho/Aris, etc.

I cant see any reason not too, i dont wanna read about aristople, and i`m sure you don`t wanna read about us. Aristople/Windemere used to have totally seperate forums, Idont see wht the problem is to give us a forum section. the bazaar and guild lists are nice but what general chat 100% doesnt have anything to do with Cho, each Cho related thread has Aristople players jumping in with their opinions, which is not needed in such an early stage

I am finding the whole cho thing quite odd atm, with having the latest content and still having a nooby char. kind of freeking my head out.

I know in some instances the new server gives the chance for some of the old (and ppl who need a clean slate) players to start again maybe do things differently in light of there experience on Arispotle. I love the prospects of seeing how things develop on cho as i watched Arispotle from 2004.

You would be very suprised at the amount of returning players who have come back just because its a new everyone equal server.

First off, I hope that this isn't in any way inflammatory. Secondly, my spelling is horrid so please excuse it.

I'm a new player, and I've picked Cho as my server. I know little to nothing about this grudge people seem to have. I'm not really into PvP, or even GvG, but have nothing against them if that's what people want to do.

Thus far I think Cho is rather nice as most people, save for one ninny who told my friend to "FO" for no reason other than alignment, are doing their best to put the past behind them. My few weeks in game are going well.

Like others here I do hope that no one is playing on Cho for revenge, or to simply grief and conquer. I'd like to see us have fun, OP battle if we must, but still be able to laugh and be kind at the end of it.

Please, no hate wars and foolish idiocy? If that's all someone wants, take it back to Ari where it started. -_-;
