Multiple Computers/IP's
Multiple Computers/IP's
Question for you admin's out there. I am lucky enough to be provided with a desktop at work, also a work provided laptop, and of course my desktop at home. My question is, how anal are you about the same user logging in from multiple ip addresses on a regular basis? Is that even a concern? I'm only going to buy one copy, unless my girl decides that she likes the game, and I assume that you would only be able to be logged in with your user/pass in one location at a time. Just looking for some clarification on the off chance that one of the stores around me might actually be carring this game in the next millenia...

Re: Multiple Computers/IP's
Multiple computers are no problem at all as far as i see, because you use your ID you bought to license your online account. My wife and I have both accounts and we have 2 diff PC, we use both accounts on both PCs.
Multiple IP is no problem because if it were, everyone without a permanent IP (which are mighty few) would have trouble.
You just wont be able to log in twice at the same time from multiple PCs. (kicked my wife of her account once by accident *oops*)

Re: Multiple Computers/IP's
The only limit on your account is that it can only be logged in by one character at any time - you can play from as many locations or IPs as you have access to. Or several connections from the same IP using different accounts, if your girl does decide she wants to join youkovah wrote:Question for you admin's out there.
