It was stated that transfers are not allowed prior to Cho's release - and I sincereley wish that it is still that way...
Edit: The official statement to it was very welcome. :)

There are no plans to transfer characters from Cho to Arispotle or vice versa.

I echo Xera's concern about Aris becoming 100% karavan and cho becoming kami as for me that would completley kill both servers.

I have no plans to move over to cho and will remain on Aris until the end of my playing days even if that means master in every tree :)

No TS left for Cho even if some created chars to have some fun as newbies once again. I can imagine the fun on treks in a no-vet world :)
However none of us as far has the time to play both, way too many things to do on Arispotle.

I can tell you without a doubt this will not happen.

That char was prolly deleted and recreated on the Cho server. I have a crafted item where the name of the crafter changed to something similar.

I think Cho hurts team kami.
The newer players were trending toward the side of evil.

We vailiant defenders of Jena's truth simply were not recruiting as fast, or spewing propaganda at the same rate.

With a new server opening, I think the draw will be for the newer players to find thier own way in a new land, disproportionally harming Ma-Duk's death cult.

Good for Aris. of course, as we will enter into a new age of light and enlightenment, free from the dark grasp of Ma-Duk the deceiver. But, I can't help but to feel a twang of sorrow for the poor inhabitants of Cho, marching blindly into what they see as a new future, without realizing they are moving into kami slavery.

Dont forget this shard is also affecting Leanon also, where it is pretty much completely controled by Kami...so who knows where the balance will be.

And yes, there is some kind of bug doing that to friends lists, although there is a way to add friends to it from other shards.

@ Devs that are considering changes with Cho....

PLEASE Do Not allow Ring - Crossserver Trades
PLEASE Do Not allow Character Transfers

@ Players on Cho...

PLEASE leave previous server politics on your previous server
PLEASE let Cho develop on its own accord, not as an Arispotle #2

_______________

I don't want this new, and exhilarating fresh start to become ruined by old grudges. Let Cho be Cho. Come and experience the rush of new life.

Kami and Karavan exist, and are opposed as the Lore has developed, but what I forsee on Cho is nothing like the current stagnant situation on Atys. Remember the days before the K/K wars? Take those days, of newness, and life... but add to the mix the benifits of outposts with their new plans, items, etc. I welcome the Op battles to come, I see them as GvG battles, where faction does not have to matter....

Lets take the good, and leave the ugly behind. I truly believe its possible.

Come forget the worries and problems with Arispotle... come to Cho. :D

I hope Cho is an interesting and fun experience, but i really dont like this comment. It's not very nice for people (and i dont mean just you) to try and drag friends over to Cho, lots of us are quite happy where we are and have way too much time and shared experience invested to move, but if loads of ppl leave its not very nice for us.

There will be plenty of people starting there, no need to scuttle other shards.
