Well we play to the RULES of the game, the things that make it change are the views and beliefs of people. As in real life, FREE will is what causes war. Take the FREE will away, and that causes war also. Its the way the human race is.

The problem is, as always, that some people are under the impression that they should be able to tell other people how they should/should not be playing the game.

Give it a rest.

The real problem is, as always, that some people are under the impression that they should be able to force, rather than ask, people to play how they want to and they exploit holes in the game mechanics to make them do so.

The only bad thing I can see with OP mats/cats being given in another way other then OPs,Is that at this point it would make OPs pointless/useless(ESP the cats I'm afraid) and would cause more imbalance as some people wouldn't worry about them anymore and just get there cats from the Ring.

Why fight over OPs for something you can get easier somewhere else

Not saying this is 100% whats gonna happen, Just a posibility which would suck, atleast to me.

OPs give a constant churning out of a lot of crystals and other parts without personal effort other than defence rounds.

Imagine if you had to dig crystals at the rate you dig mats. What would be more appealing then?

The non-PvP way can be less efficient, but it needs to exist.

Maybe what you called moaning does come from understanding enough? Understanding that by the current mechanics PvP'ing does not have consequences for those who take part, nothing to lose? Understanding that those who take part can only gain? Understanding that those who don't take part can only lose? Understanding that there is no place for any peaceful role by the current mechanics?
Those who criticize these current mechanics usually only ask to why that part is restrictive in the way it is, why it is unbalanced the way it is. That doen't state that the critics wouldn't enjoy participating, in fact most do. The ones who favor these mechanics usually jump on that and repeat what has been critized by bringing the ever-old and really tiresome argument of "eat or die", "take it or leave it".
Why don't they just for once begin to see that nobody wants to take their lollypop away, that everybody's only trying to make it taste better -for all?
Instead you wish to end the "stupidity and arguments" by shutting the rest up... You're talking about free choice, but by this try to deny it to those who don't agree with you. Is it only me who imagines a crying child yelling "Mine! Mine! Mine!"? (A counterpart who keeps on yelling "You can't have it!" is no way better, btw...)

When you're actually arguing for a more inclusive and varied mode of play that can keep almost everyone happy, it is better for all.

I would have ALOT more cats for myself then... Granted I don't use them but to dig with(and rarely then) There currently is not enough cats a day to supply me and my guild if I were to all out grind like I used too...

Iv seen guildies use 3 stacks in under 2 hours before(and some a bit faster O.o), so thats what... basically 10 hours of cats. Yeah seems alot, but throw in a semi large guild where everyone uses cats and I'm sure you see where thats going....Say 5 people using cats at even near that rate. brings down that cat amount very quick.

So yeah.. If people could dig them I'm sure there would be lots of cats far more then there is now. And sooner or later Cats value would drop quite a bit.

I am fine with the current way OPs are... They could use some additions... but not limitations...

(Tho a LvL cap would be interesting and Make OPs more useful to low lvl people... like QL 50 OPs only people up to 50 can fight 250s everyone can fight .. Would get noobs into OPs and make the lower lvl OPs more used then they are now.)

Edit--To Xolghost... Yes end the stupidity and Arguments and just give idea's... Not so hard to fathem... Really like me and Jy were just doing... He gives an example of why it should and I try to counter with a reason why not... No Arguments and stupidity there. Just two people exchanging view points... there is a difference...

That's not a bad idea, but we still need an alternate, non-PvP way to get access to that content. That could be government outposts where you do missions for the various mats/cats etc or Kitin/Ring or numerous other options. Its getting the reward rate right that's the issue.

GvG Ops
FvF Ops
Non PvP Ops (multiple kinds thereof)

Limit each guild to 1 OP so more people can share the content.

Because as is, the OP system is NOT fun for a lot of people. We want other ways to get OP mats and crystals.

Yes I agree, But I'm trying to work with what we have... there should be diplomatic ways to take OPs... That wouldn't make OPs as pointless as giving cats away by other means... Seeing as it would still be from OPs... I think there should be a mixed version too... Where you can take it by force or some kind of mission... but I'm trying not to get my hopes too high lol.

Edit- P.S. not so sure limiting the PvP ownership too one would help any... as is there isn't any guilds that own 2 anyway is there? so why do that? If a guild owns two then someone will likely take the other or trhe guild will give it to another like AP did with the one we had in Zoraï AP--> Fluffy bunnies.
