I think your all jumping on Jyudas for no reason, all he said was the majority of pvpers and op battlers come from the american time zone and if efforts where made now to help move the communities into better suited servers for time zone we would be able to have decent op battles at the right time of day.

Infact he's supporting pvp and trying to make it better for a lot of people I for one find it hard to concentrate at 3-4am when taking part in one and I'm sure a lot of others do.

However I don't think the community is big enough to support this split at all, let alone a new server I really hope it's not going to end up the way I fear it will.

Oh and stfu about stereotyping honestly people do follow trends and patterns like sheep and migrating birds, there's a lifetme of study you can do to see quite how simple humans are really... I mean look at how and why advertising is targetted at people etc Honestly stereotyping is the new buzzword for morons who don't understand things these days.

Personally I think the only reason that pvp is more us time zone orientated is that there's more american players than euro ones...as most of europe is playing the french and german servers and if you think this ones flamey there's is very bad I hear. And it seems the german forum at least doesn't like the sound of a new server from when I looked at the poll last night.

I don't think that's true and is a bit charicatural imo.
before merge, DCP and AoA did a lot of PvP in PR as well.
Lot of Europeans do PvP as well..

Concerning the merge it is indeed really a starnge move: new players complain everyday that they find most low lvl regions empty and now we have twice as many somehow..

Farming is indeed a bit worrying but they are not huge quantities of mats to get in one week on Atys and Rushin, I think it would take more than 2 days to be able to raise lvl of a team farming bosses and digging 250 PR mats before Thursday ...

Very strange decision indeed. I would have understood that in a month or two but so soon....
Except if this server is used for Ring only, otherwise its doesnt make sense..

New mobs, and ofc, PvP all over the place

I haven't read all the posts here so bear with me if I repeat some things.

I really don't think that this "International" server is necessary. Since I have been playing on the NA server most of the players that I interact with are European or from other nations arround our R/L world. I am from USA, east coast, and I find myself rarely playing with another fron USA or even NA/SA. So, it appears to me the the NA server is the defacto "International" server.

Other games with PvP I have played, the players were not that concerned that a battle was to occur at a particular time, we stayed up late or got up extra early. Timming the battle was and still is a tactic to catch the opposition off guard. Is this server really needed? I rather see some new abilities like "Jump" so you can jump off into the water in Lakes region.

Bring back "Marathons" oh and 100 low lvl homins trying to cross Loria and getting there arses handed to them.

Server merge is done, the timezone thing is an issue but maybe trying to put it right will cause more problem and upset than it would solve.

Cross shard trading is a worry but go Cho go!.

Determined to keep an open mind.
