Status
I just wondered where we can find information on the server, like why its down and perhaps how long it will be down if that has even been determined. I did see the status indicator in the top right corner of the main page but is there anything that tells details? If not, why isn't this info atleast posted in the news section?

If you want up to date info you'll have to pop into Klients, which a link can be found on main page and a sticky in this thread for live support.

With scheduled downtime the information is posted ahead of time.
If the downtime is not scheduled then (clearly) it can't be posted about ahead of time. If the server is down there are several ways you can get information. Check out the irc channel (irc.netgamers.org; #Ryzom). Use Klients, or have a look at the forum.
