Why Isn't Ryzom Working?

I'm still new to Ryzom, and was just wondering ...

Is it common for things ( crash/upgrade/outages/etc... ) to happen,
go so completely over schedule, and not have an official comment on the matter ?

Or if there was, could someone please point out the ressource I can impatiently watch as the issue is resolved ?

I'm a ladeee....anyway I'd probably get booted for swearing, which I only do rarely anyway...KNICKERS and PIPS are my two best swear words for in game!
Maybe we should invent some just for the game.

No.

This week there has been 3 resets, and now this looonnngg delay in maintenence. This is not normal. I guess it has to do with the actual physical reloaction of the servers.... and the resets during the week could be due to the new Ring stuff, where players are able to create scenerions, and could be causing server probs.

Anyway, long delays like this are far from normal.
I dont know if i ever had one this bad.

In the very early days it was bad... things improved alot but since the Ring things have started to get a bit upset. These kind of lengthy problems are quite rare though. Don't be put off.

Meh, can't be worse than my experience with certain other games that-shall-remain-nameless. I was just starting to wonder if outages and lack of information were status quo for mmorpg.

Anyhow, won't be put off by it, no worries to that. It's annoying, but this gives me a chance to catch up on all those things i've been putting off -_-;
