we can just set all our clocks to GMT
lol.. if you cant remember how far you are from GMT/BST/whatnot, then how can you even remember where things are on your hands bar?
the game should require some level of competence, yes?
I think a much bigger time issue is the bugged attack/defense times that you see if you click on the banner of war.... no microsoft thing is going to clarify that issue

I played a game on a server that showed 2 clocks on the website; server time and local time. Server time was the official time for events and stuff, local time was based on your OS clock, it made it very easy to see when the events was about to start.
Of course, I would like a Atys clock as well
