random disconnects??

anyone else get this? I can play perfectly for about 10- 15 minutes then the little computer icon pops up in the middle of the screen and won't go away. I have to exit the game completely. It happens every time. I really like the game and want to continue playing it, but these disconnects don't make any sense! thanks for any help you can give!

Sounds like WLAN and/or router problems...
Try finding a solution in these two threads: Linksys routers (and the like) and FAQ Networking.
If that doesn't provide any hints, please post more information regarding your hardware, OS and networking configuration. You might try a traceroute and pingplotting as well.

unfortunately I have no idea anything about computers. I looked at the thread '10 min disconnects' or whatever but it won't let me login for whatever reason ( UGH COMPUTERS!!!! )

If I knew how to give you the info you requested, I would... but I have NO IDEA what any of that means heheh
