when i try to log on i get this message anybody got any ideas

Make sure that your firewall/antivirus allows the game client. After patching the EXEs and DLLs will have a different signature and some security software errs on the side of caution.
Also make sure that your system is clean of nasties as they may try to infect things and that might be part of why things crash.
Go to http://www.memtest.org and download the memtest app to test out your system RAM thoroughly. I notice that you have an odd amount of RAM there so may have issues with one of the modules.
And make sure that you are not overclocking things
