Ok I know I'm not the most patient of people but does it really take forever to load into the editor? and I don't mean 3, 4 or even 5 minutes I'm talking 30 mins to an hour....


Oh and why does it lock up my computer while it's loading I really really doen't like having to reset just to regain control....

There's a quit ryzom button why doesn't it work?!?

sounds like a personal prob mach, you use a router? whats you internet connection, some ring scenarios can be upwards of 1mb

if you encounter long loadingtimes or freezes of the client, look at the following files in /save

keys_<name>.xml
keys_r2ed_<name>.xml

if they larger as usual (~20kb) delete them or remove the recurring macro-block
that fix it!

Have you tried to do this Mach?
They're tied to actions and macros of your usual klient, so it should be fairly save to get rid of those on your ATS/Ring klient.

it's something with the macro's
if u just delete your char's macro's the first time u log in that shouldn never happen.
