Hehe, I just noticed how good IGN reviewed Horizons when the game came out. They sure seem to have some problems with their reviews:

I remember there was quite a lot of anticipation for Horizons when it came out. People seemed to feel that it held a lot of promise initially, which may explain the review. I didn't play the game long at all myself, nor pay it much attention, but it seems to me that it developed it's worst problems as it aged; which might explain the favorable review.

And no, I am not a fanboi. I'm just pointing something out.
