Auction starts at 1500 materials. (ql 250 fiber/bark; basic, fine or choice PR)
Minimum bid increment: 250 materials.
Bidding in last hour only by those that have bid in the auction upto that point.
Sniper rule, any bid in last 15 miunutes prolongs the end of the auction for another 15 minutes.

Auction Ends: 11 PM GMT Sunday Sept. 10th.
