Hey i just downloaded the client and will test the game out and if i like it im gonna start subscribing, altho i wonder if theres a large activity cause i dont want to play "alone" in a server...

Welcome to Ryzom! There are plently of opportunities to group or play solo on both the trial island and on the mainland. You won't find a better community, in my humble opinion, in other games either. Everyone I have met has been great.

The population on the mainland is definitely lower than most games. It might seem lonely, because there is a vast amount of land and many players are hunting or digging in distant higher-level regions. Join a guild.

This actually sounds appealing to me. Sometimes you just want to chill and explore the world, too many people can sometimes be a distraction.

I can agree with that. I have found a nice balance between solo/group and enjoy both sides of the coin.

I only say Matis because each of the four races go to their own races homeland to start and I am fairly new myself
