Yup "Kiting" is imo a legitimate tactic for a Ranger as it does not make you invulnerable and so should not be consider an exploit, Just that some "purists" dont like it.

yeah i buy mine currently, but to the expensive sellers 1k per rifle bullet is a bit steep

1k per bullet means 40k per craft. 4 mats per craft, meaning 10k per mat. For q250, it's not too overpriced imho, cause I've seen grind mats go up to 10k per. And also keep in mind there are always degrades, which can either not be sold or for no profit or even a loss. All in all I think 1k per q250 rifle bullet is a pretty fair price.
