if it can be proven that the guild hall has become inaccessible the gms will promote someone into being able to access it, im sure that happened sometime in the past(not sure when, to many things to remember)

lol don't worry to much about the GH
i spoke with KoO leader last night and he would put it on an alt so the GH still exist.. the only think tyilin wanted to say is that it was naughty action what he did. also í didn't speak with a lot.. he just said he would kick all members out and then got queit. so we didn't talk about the GH.
and maybe he had some good reasons to do it.. i don't know. but i don't think we can complain about it aslong we don't know his story.

You are right, aslong as we dont know the facts, we have no right to judge...

the main question is, though, if you're a GL or a HO, are you owning the Guild and its possessions, or does the guild as a whole, with every single member, *own* the guild and its possessions?

well KoO realy didn't have a leader.
everyone was leader or wasn't. it was just a guild to have fun and when someone had a idea we would listen to it.
a guild without rules hehe so nobody could break them.
so my thoughts are that the whole guild.. well the ones who helped to get the mats in the GH or items should get it back.

Sure there was no "rules" per say. But everyone who was in that guild belived they had respect from (at very least) the person who was deemed "leader" the act that occursed has really flushed that view down the pan.
