AMD64 3Ghz system with 2 Gb of ram. Winxp sp2 fully patched installed.
Using a NVIDIA GT-6600 DDR-128 PCI-E videocard, set the game to run 1280x1024 (60 Hz) fullscreen. Using 91.31 drivers from nvidia. anti-virus software disabled during game play.
First run of SoR is fine however, once i quit the game and start it again i run into trouble. The connect screen as well as the character select screens are fine but when the game actually has to start i get a very small 'full screen' on my desktop of about 100 by 15 pixels. I have to reboot the system to get the normal fullscreen back.
Any possible solution for this extremely annoying problem?

Sounds like a driver issue.
Did you unitstall and reboot (and say no when MSW wanted to auto install)? If not, try that.

Uninstalled the NVidia video driver, rebooted, reinstalled Directx (June 2006), Reinstalled the graphics driver and it got fixed (to my utter surprise LOL).magick1 wrote:Sounds like a driver issue.
