Lack of Textures

All the buildings appear white as does my armour, is this a graphics card issues or a known bug

Graphics card issue - I had the same issue when I started playing, was using a card not quite up to the game's requirements.

Most likely due to your graphics drivers, what type do you have? Card and drivers I mean

nvidia geforce 6600 with latest drivers . I woudn't have thought that this card would cause a problem

My cousin uses a system with GeForce 6600 256 MB DDR2, with the latest drivers and 2 GB system RAM. The game runs exceptionally well. as far as I know, he did experience such problems at one point, try switching to Open GL it solves several problems like this.

Game Configuration Client --> Display --> OpenGL radio choice.

What drivers? Official Nvidia release ones? Or Beta or 3rd party ones?

It was open GL that was causing the problem clicked on Direct £D and all textures are now showing, thanks everybody.
And drivers were official Nvidia

Yeah, Direct 3D is th way to go. Had my ATI on automatic and it was bad, switched to D3D and now it's schweet!
