can't open downloaded game, help!!

i have downloaded 5 times!!!!!!!!! using every method, but i still can't get the data11!!!!! someone please help me. maybe someone can torrent the data 11 itself and let me download it or somthing, please help help help ^^

Have you scanned your system thoroughly for viruses and spyware?

You can also check the integrity of the installer by opening it with WinRAR and running test.

I get the same problem with data11.

I've also tried the many diffrent downloads, scanned for spyware/viruses, all the happy junk. Help?

Open it in winrar, extract everything manually apart from data11.cab, then follow the instructions i gave in this thread >> http://www.ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27184
