Hey guys.

The hotel is situated here. Basically you head to Tottenham Court Road tube station (Northern and Central lines - Northern line runs directly north from Waterloo if you are coming into London via that station. Central line will run directly west from Liverpool Street if you are arriving into London at that station). Come out of the exit marked Oxford Street South (or something like that). Then turn left and head down Oxford Street, passing Virgin and Macdonalds. There will be a street on the right hand side of the road called Rathbone Street. Walk straight down there, ignoring any turns or junctions and you will walk straight into Charlotte Street. The hotel is right there. If you see Goodge Street then you have walked too far and need to turn back.

If you use Oxford Circus tube then turn right out of the Oxford Street exit and walk down Oxford Street (it'll be crowded but they are all tourists so expect them to stop suddenly to take pictures of exciting things like lamp posts and taxis), you will pass Marks & Spencers and HMV. Keep going down the road and Rathbone Street will be on your left. If you see the Virgin Megastore, turn back as you've gone too far.

If you are arriving into London via Euston then you can either head south to Tottenham Court road via the Northern line (Charing Cross Branch, not the Bank/City branch) or get off one stop earlier at Goodge Street. From the exit, turn right to head down Tottenham Court Road. Take the next right turn into Goodge Street and then left into Charlotte Street (not right, which is also Charlotte Street, but not the bit you want).

If you are arriving into London via Kings Cross then take the Victoria line southbound and get off at Oxford Circus. Then use the directions above.

If you arrive in London via Victoria then take the Victoria line northbound and get off at Oxford Circus, following the directions above.

The phone number for the hotel is you have problems is 020 7806 2000. The full address of the hotel is Charlotte Street Hotel, 15-17 Charlotte Street, London W1T 1RJ. When you get there we will be in the screening/presentation room. There's no dress codes or anything like that, just come and enjoy yourselves and feel free to ask questions as you wil be seeing a lot of new and cool stuff. Kick off is 2pm UK time.

Just some more detailed directions from Tottenham Court Road, as I work in the area!!

When you get to the top of the escalator at Tottenham Court Road Station, turn to the left (swing round 180 degrees) and go through the ticket barriers, you then want exit number 2 (labelled Tottenham Court Road, this is the narrow staircase to the right, not the tunnel straight on). This comes out at the corner of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. Keep walking up Tottenham Court Road until you reach the HSBC bank and turn left into Percy Street, turn right into charlotte street and the hotel is on the left hand side.

The directions from Goodge Street and Oxford Circus are fine Although if you want to avoid the tourists go up Regents Street and turn right into Mortimer Street, turning right into Charlotte Street just before Tesco. It is a bit further, but probably just as quick. As an alternative, take bus route 10 or 73 (maybe some more) from Oxford Street to outside the HSBC bank in Tottenham Court Road and follow the directions above.

Just got back. All I can say is... niiiiice

_Really_ looking forward to this. Lotsa cool stuff already in there, and more stuff thats not in initial release being considered. Scenario creaters will be _very_ happy IMHO.
