Corrupted download files

I try downloading Ryzom and it takes forever, when it finally downloads it days there was a corrupted file. I exceed all the system requirments for the game so why does it do this? HELP!

Could be a virus on your system or a noisy network connection.
Could also be bad/overheated RAM.

Make sure your system is free from badness.
Then try using the BitTorrent link as it is a more robust method of download.

How reliable is AVG free virus scanner? and Lavasoft ad-aware?

apart from that, yeah, i'm trying to download it at night

I've never had anything but problems with AVG, especially the free version. And as long as Ad-Aware is kept up to date it's pretty good.
