Crashes and freezes PC :(

HI me and my wife have been playing a week we love the game and have had no issues until last night when my wifes PC totally froze after playing for 4 hours, After rebooting this happen every 5 mins or so forcing here to reboot everytime there should not be a problem with the machine specs but they are as follows :-
pentium D, 2048mb DDR ram, duel cpu 3.2ghz, nvidia gforce6500 512mb

do you have a fix for this problem at the moment we are trying a complete reinstall of the game incase there is a bad file in there. Please Please help

Sounds like the CPU cooler is not working up to snuff.
Dust out the case with some canned air.
Make sure that the fans rotate smoothly.
And maybe considering a replacement CPU cooler/fan.


http://www.cpuid.com has a little utility called PC Wizard that can monitor the temps in your system.

Could be a heating issue, considering the last few days temperature.
Also do a check of the game files, can be done from the game login.
If you don't have anti virus running, do a scan. Same with a malware scanner.
