Problems with 1920x1200

I'm trying to run the game in 1920x1200. I know my hardware will support it. It is offered as a menu option in the configuration tool, and my client.cfg file correctly states that it will be running 1920x1200.

However, when I start the game and go to System->Graphics->General, it states that I'm running in 1680x1050. No matter how many times I change it, it always reverts back to this by default.

Does anyone else have this same issue? Here are the specs if they help:

XP64 Pro
Geforce 7900GTX
AMD X2 4200+
2048M RAM

whats the max res on your monitor?

I know mine only goes up to 1600x1200, and my rig is pretty similar to yours (7900gtx, 2gb ram, AMD X2 4800+), this is cos my monitor is only rated up to 1600x1200, though the graphics card will go higher without serious slowdown.

Are you certain Ryzom isn't running at 1600x1200, and only the in-game config is broken? Take a screenshot (sh-f10 IIRC) and look at its dimensions, or maybe your display has an analytics on-screen display mode?

Next time you are in game please submit a ticket and make a screenshot of your Graphics configuration showing what mode you are in. That way we can get this into the support system for investigation.

You may want to try windowed mode in the mean time. Just maximise your window and it will match your desktop resolution.
