I will open by saying I am less than a year into any type of online community gaming. My history lies in the 3D chat universe type thing which is nothing the same at all. I cannot compare my experiences with SoR and its staff with anything. What I do know is customer service. I have just over 30 years experience in that.

I search and find a web sight. I read the forums, the dev chats. I dl a beta. I have been nothing but thrilled and honestly have felt honored at the inclusion I feel through this whole wonderful adventure. My beta time (3 weeks, not a FBT) was so positive that I didn't have to breathe before I subscribed for a year. I was happy with that.

Then I find I get the ATS. My first and only in game issue was responded to swiftly, politely and knowledgably (it was my comp, btw). Already we have become a community that I am thrilled with.Now free time for doing what I have grown to love doing.

My only question is have you thought of offering a lifetime subscription? I will be with you all the way.

Thank you very much Nevrax! But as a lot of people have mentioned by now you shouldn't have really done that as a compensation, u are doing great job and Ryzom is an awesome game All the other MMOG i was playing had content based on 'player time occupying factor' like camping, killing the same mobs over and over again, while Ryzom is mostly about fun (at least it is for me) I love this game!
