Another question: If your neutral instead of aligned with one of the races how badly would that effect selling prices to NPCs?

Mmmm... I am not even sure it does.
I play neutral and dont have a hard time making money at all. Then again, I made choice of play neutral and never compared it with kami or karavan sales...

Well I more meant the race faction as I like the look of the Kami for the other faction but I thought if you go neutral on race that limits the fame and then prices you'd get selliing and buying off merchants.

As race-neutral you have a max of 50% for with every race; this means your prices for every vendor will be equal and "ok"

If yuo are race-aligned then you have different caps; basically one race will give you *loads* of money, one will give you hardly anything, and the other two will be somewhere in between.
