never mind lol. AiF was a guild on Gorath in the early days. Lots of nice folk. Askin if you was in that guild is kinda like asking "hey! Do you know Joe? He lives in ***** too!" when you discover someone's from the same city you've come from.

Wow, I can't believe I found this thread while waiting for the patches. I left SWG too over a year ago now so I wasn't ago for the NGE, but from what I read about it I didn't want to go back. I LOVE skills, not levels (first MMO was UO all the way up to Lord Blackthorns Revenge). I can't say I left because I didn't like either, I just didn't have the time. Oh well, new day, time to try Ryzom.

Heh, old SWG refugee here too. Played on EU-Chimaera with The Swedish Alliance/reDevils and later moved on to RP'ing in Mos Entha. CU put the game on it's knees and NGE cut off its head. I can not for the life of me understand how I have missed out on Ryzom, seeing as I have beeing going through virtually every MMO out there since I left SWG.. Very well, the download just finished, so I'll guess I'll try it out now...
