Cannot enter game...

Hi,

I had this problem before, but I could solve it with renaming the save and upack folders, reapplying the patch etc... but after today's server downtime, I simply cannot get back to the game. I login, choose my character, then the loading starts.... and never stops. I am always stuck (seemingly frozen) to the loading screen. Any ideas?

BTW I have X850XT with Omega drivers...

Omega drivers are rarely a good thing for Ryzom.
It could also be network connectivity decided to become patchy at the same time the server came back up. It would not be the first time that thses sorts of things coincided for some folks. Reset all of your network stuff and try again.

You may want to check out the Network FAQ and do a pingplot to see if something is happening along the route between you and the server site.
