you can also move through the action bars by mousing over your hand bar and using the scroll wheel on your mouse.
its not necessarily better but it is another way of moving through them all.

Yeah I know how to do these things but it's just difficult when you need to do it quickly (as in, in battle).
Also it's kind of silly to have to keep adding the same 3 or 4 skills that I want universally available (things like MPA and self heal are even on my prospecting bar for when a gingo jumps me while mining, for instance) to every single toolbar group.
I would think if they had a 3rd row, that was "locked" as universal, on which we could put the things we always need (this would be great for the 8-10 common emotes you use, in terms of RPing, also), and that the other 2 rows shifted around as they have been, that might work too.

Why not just create macros for those things, then bind them to easy to reach unused keys? Never need them on an action bar at all that way...

Some of us would like more slots and some of us wouldn't so how about Nevrax put in a second block which you can use if you want or can otherwise disable/remove, simple.

I just need more toolbars in general.... I've used up all 10 toolbars with different things and have no space on any of them... thus if I need to create a new action for something, I have to find something to delete (or modify and then remember to change it back later)
Having the ability to cut/paste/copy would be great too... the idea of the set toolbar for 6-8 skills would be great too... have it sort of like the new command icon mode... vertical and on the opposite side.
I mentioned this before (sometime in Jan or Feb) and got a couple PMs/In Game tells about it so for those interested: 1) Pike/Spear, 2) Ele/pvp, 3) healing, 4) crafting, 5) OA/DA, 6) Axe/Sword/Mace, 7)PR mat tracking, 8) lake forage, 9) desert forage, 10) PR forage. As you can see remaking bars is such a pain/hassle that I just made them up as i went along, sort of filling in from both ends. Pike and ele were my first skills, while PR was my first forage. As I added more things, they got a bit more jumbled (for example, axe bar being in the middle while crafting seems to be in the combat section.
