Yeah, but more is always better 
You won´t see some of the things that make it so special, like the realy nice Microvegetation and if many Chars gather, you´ll probably experience lag.
Hope you won´t be too dissapointed though

It wont' be pretty, but it will run. Especially remember to turn off things like micro veg and turn down alot of the distance settings.
