now what should ı do start the all fıle download agaın or what ....

Make sure you don't have any antivirus software running (scan your install files beforehand). Many antivirus programs have file-scanner services running in the background (i.e. do not only stop the frontend, but the scan engine as well). [ctrl]-[alt]-[del]-[t] (for task manager) may be your friend.

Make sure that your video drivers are cleanly installed and official release.

Try deleting the UNPACK folder and launch again.
