Leadership change in Eleytheria

Dear Homins,

There has been a change in the leadership of Eleytheria. The old leadership did not honor the founding principles of equality for all members i.e. having an equal say in Guild decisions.

When some older members had questions about the guild and why certain descisions were made without consulting guildmembers we got angry and annoyed responses. It became clear that the leadership was not to be questioned.

This all escalated in the old leadership to resign which I have to admit to say is a very respectfull deed.

Saying this I would like to announce the new leadership (i.e. all guildmembers) have absolutely no plans in changing any of the current positions we have towards the alliance Eleytheria is in, towards other guilds or towards current trade deals. We still need to figure out a bit what these actually mean at the moment because most deals were made by the former leaders that kept this kind of info for themselves unfortunatly.

I hope we can be back in business as soon as possible and get things in order within the guild. I hope all involved parties can bear with us during this hopefully short transition period.

At this moment (a part of?) our old leadership made a new guild called "the Sanctuary" which is attacking the OP we are currently holding for the community. The rumour is they are trying to get help by accusing us of changing our neutrality stand and not suplying cats to the community anymore. This is not the case nor has it ever been in question.

At this moment Hormonal holds the leadership position. This is an interim role. We are currently in the process of electing a new leader.

i have been GL for 24 hours in Eleytheria,never wanted the job ,because i was not the right person to lead Eleytheria at the given time.
