The options are stanza bricks that you can add into your crafting action, paid for by the crafting credit. As an example, Armour Craft 2 has a credit of 20 so allows you to use that to pay for Health Boost 2 or for Health Boost 1 and Sap Boost 1 together.

To edit your crafting action right-click its button on your handbar and select Edit. Then you'll see what I mean, so long as you have learned a crafting option from the Craft Trainer.

Also note that crafting items with boosts on will drain your Focus, so don't try to craft a hundred wee booties with HP boost all at once
