Seeing Forest trees and Goo together means it can only be in Silan. My guess would be a "mini-spire", so new people can get used to spires too when they go live...

As a positive raction to players concerns about the ugliness of previous spires designs, could this one be an improved one? :) ..although maybe it's just the Kami secret plans for the Death Star
