Was looking for a more co-ordinated, mature and friendly guild to sign up with to enjoy the experience of Ryzom. Nice to be able to find one, particularly a UK one, within my characters zone. Was indeed a pleasure to meet up and play with some clued up and very helpful, not to mention generous people.
If you can sink one or two bottles of the old golden nectar and you live in the UK and want some fun on the server, then take a look at UKM. The past week has been quite a lonely experience in Ryzom for me, plenty of solo-ing and twiddling with my pick, but this evening I've had a really enjoyable guild hunt, met some very clued up players who know how to run a group and stay alive, and reap the benefits, whilst still keeping the whole experience edgey enough to be enjoyable.
I raise my glass (or bottle, or 3 litre demi-john) to you all.
Although Coin seems to be doing a pretty darn good job of recruiting, since UKM are now 24 members strong (at last count), I just wanted to bump our recruitment thread up, and mention that if you are a UK player, perhaps just joined Ryzom on the Arispotle server, and you're possibly looking to find a friendly crowd of brits to chat and adventure with then give us a shout, either me or Coinneach in game. We'll see you right, and hopefully have a laugh on the way.
