Prospecting multiple nodes is waste of SP

Buy the prospect for more sources and you will find that eventually you can dig 2 then 3 sources..
It just takes time and lvls
keep at it guys.. it will all come together for you eventually i promiss.

How about you guys go out and dig in a two man team? One digs the other cares... That should help a bit. And is more fun. But be careful, chatting while digging can be deadly.

And here´s proof that diging in team is always more succsessful... eventualy...

I use

range 1
only fine mats
multiple sources 1

and an appropriate counterpart.

I dig with a q20 stanza and nearly everytime can dig both sources, except when I'm a distracted. Using no angel stanza places both nodes nearly at the same position and range 1 makes sure that I don't have run very far to get to the sources.

I used this technique on several new build characters and it works very well for me.

back to topic:
junkyman, not that i could add more insight then the previous posters, but listen to them.
took me quite some time and lot´s of frustration cause of the same thing that bugs you too, now.
just because i didn´t ask. It wasn´t till Bijam, Zok and Ami gave me good advice and i read DoupleTaps HarvesterGuide that i did use harvesting stanzas right.

But the early Frustration still took it´s toll and i can´t stand digging for more then an hour or two... and so Harvesting is my lowest skill still.

so do ask and read the Guide and you´ll become, like them, a Harvestinggod

Prospecting multiple nodes is one of the best uses of sp there is, goes far beyond actually digging them

Well, I got the multiple 2 for 3 nodes and have no problems getting 2 of the 3 harvested (third pops while I'm halfway done with the second node)

Harvesting is up to 37 or so, right now.

I'm a Tryker, will be needing a guild soon as I'm starting to get a little bored.

Thought I'd signed up paying already but not sure, I'm still on the starter island.
