Trial to full account?

Is it possible to convert my trial to a full "paying" account?

I'm trying to log into the account management panel, and it just says "Invalid Account".

I could always create a new account... but I'd love to keep the character I've made

Nevermind... I was using my game password to log in, not the account password...
