-- welcome refused entry in shard with error: "the shard is closed" while trying to join a shard....

Cannot play .. cannot log on... the understanding is that it's being worked on..but the "when" would be nice...

As stated in the earlier post, use Klients for more timely and up to date information. There is a reason it is called 'live' support.
