Where is everyone?

I just created a new character to play on the new NPE island and its empty! The landscape is in place and I can move the camera aroundon it, but no players, NPCs, wildlife or ME!

Is it not ready yet, or shall I just try re-logging?
3:1, 2:1, 1:1 ... probability factor of one to one; we have normality. I repeat: we have normality. Anything you still can't handle is therefore your own problem.
