Super Noob Looking for Guild

Hello guys. I just started the game yesterday and I would like to join a guild to help me out. I've been in guilds for other games and will likely be a crafter in this game. I would like to find a U.S guild because I am in the Cst. time zone. Needs to have a good bunch of people like a family, and be willing to teach me until I get the hang of things. I need to make a new character, so I don't care which race or anything. Thank you.

Erm to be totally honest I'm not 100% sure on who the primarily US guilds are, but to narrow your search you may want to think about a couple of points.

Do you like PvP? Some guilds have very pro or very anti PvP feelings.

Do you roleplay? Again some guilds are high RP, others dont at all.

Check the thread thats been stickied at the top of this forum for a little info on the guilds if you like. Sorry if I've not been much help but hopefully it should lead you closer to a future guild.

You might want to look around at the different guilds and learn about their political stances, rp, pvp and priorities before choosing. For my advice as a US player, I would recommend

Sorry, I forgot to add that info. I'm not huge into RP, but a relaxed version of it is fine with me. I would like to PvP, but being mainly a crafter, I do not know what role I would play in PvP. Political doesn't matter.

As pointed out by others, the key thing you should do is choose your guild based on gameplay. If the game is a long term thing for you this is the most important thing you will do.

I would suggest you choose the race that appeals to you the most (you will look at it often). Then play the game as you enjoy, ask questions in region and around. See who is who and what their purpose on Atys is before you make your decision. Some of the hardest things we have seen are players/guilds splitting because they didn't intend to play the same way... A wise choice first will prevent prevent this conundrum from happening to you.

Hi, we are taking new member too. I am from Connecticut, Est and we have a few others from the USA. Our leader however is from England so we are diverse. We do however prefer adults only in our guild. We have some into role playing but not all. We are not heavily into PvP but it does exsist. We have a Q100 outpost so we do get cristals for fast leveling. Message me in game if anyone wants to join.
