Ok... I updated my drivers and got my account going.
However, now when I try to patch up, I get a runtime error.
Getting frustrated with this now...
Got the game... One problem...
Re: Got the game... One problem...
Hi!
Just give Direct3D a shot, then: go into the Ryzom configuration (seperate shortcut in your startmenu) and choose Direct3D explicitly, instead of letting Ryzom choose by itself. It should work, if you had your drivers updated and have DirctX9.0c installed.

Re: Got the game... One problem...
Please email technical support. For North America that email address is: technical-na@ryzom.com for European English it is technical-ee@ryzom.comUnregistered wrote:mine just wont patch at all.. tried everything and still cant get the game to patch
so i cant play it
so its going back to the shop tomorrow as faulty.
bit silly really when a new game isnt even finished that it cant patch itself!
I assume since your English is very nice you will be wanting support from one of those two communities.
I'm sorry you are having trouble with the patcher. Please let the tech support guys help you out.
thanks,
