Indeed I can imagine how it could take some time to design decorative clothing that "fits" all the possible characters, depending on how your graphics models work. So I would suggest just adding a few "fluff" items each patch, just to give the devs a little fun work on the side. We don't need an entire wardrobe in one batch. Maybe start with little "cool" stuff like sunglasses or bikinis.
